Dear Celeste,
Most aroids are monoecious, but some species of Arisaema are dioecious
or paradioecious, i.e., they can have separate sex (it usually depends on
the size or age of plants) or change back and forth (and even turns into
monoecious plants). Weird plants, indeed.
