After seeing the web site forwarded by Brian I'm hoping these things will
grow like that. I was really blown away by some of the pics. The expense of
my first small paeonifolius from a nursery led me to coddle it too much and
probably contributed to its steady growth -- in reverse. Sorry Mr. A.,
but these priced tubers may allow me more ease in purchasing and providing
some benign neglect!

I posted on this some time ago, advising that it was a fantastic bargain.
I sometimes find them at an Indian Grocery here in WPB, Florida, the shop
keeper told me that they are imported fresh from Jamaica where they are in
cultivation. They probably come out of the commercial importers of
tropical produce in Miami, the smae one that supply the Xanthosomas,
Colocasias, Dioscorias, and MANY other vars. of all sorts of Tropical
produce we now find in ethnic shops all over the USA.
