It sounds like this could be VERY interesting---as Wilbert said, we need a
photo of this plant on the list so that it may be identified, there are
several African species of Amorphophallus that are rarely collected, so this
just MAY be one of them! Please arrange to have the plant and flower
photographed as soon as possible!

Finaly it's flowering but it is lacking the Tube constriction mentioned
in the Amorphophallus Key in Aroideana 19. Also is the Appendix subequal
to the Spathe, so it looks very similar to a small konjac flower.
Has anyone a more detailed description of that species???
