In my experience, the seed heads of A. triphyllum are much more
robust than those of A. dracontium and the berries ripen to a red
color, whereas those of A. dracontium remain green, maturing to a
greenish-cream. Also, on my dracontiums, the spath remains much more
evident (at maturity), while the spath of triphyllum deteriorates.
