Dear Friends,
All of those who received the seeds of Synandrospadix vermitoxicus last
year, go check on them! Just heard from a 'local' West Palm Beach friend,
and with NO special care, he just stuck the seeds in commercial potting
'soil', he has 100% germination! It must be the heat of spring!! THIS
is a lovely plant! While on the subject of South American 'oddball'
Aroids, does ANYONE out there have any other species of Taccarum to
sell/exchange BESIDES T. weddellianum?? THIS is a genus to die for, some
may remember me waxing poetic about the dormant tubers of T. weddellianum!!
What about some of the other tuberous oddballs from that region like
Gorgonidium, Mangonia and Spathantheum??
Would LOVE to obtain any other species/genera that may be out there in
aroid-land.
Drop me a line at my private e-mail--
Cheers,
Julius Boos
