Subject: Re: [Aroid-l] Philo 'Chumley' x 'Chumley'
An aroid-friend of mine is in private contact with Robert Chumley and he got some seeds.
He wanted that I sow some under mine conditions, but neither me nor him has germinating seeds after 3 weeks.
The seeds came in a padded envelope in a ziploc and were very moist with "pulp"(?) from the fruit; good conditions for bacteria, we think...
We guess that they did not survive the long time being sent over the Atlantic to Germany.
Too sad...... (as the present POTUS would probably twitter......)
Bernhard.

Do you mind if I ask how these were made available? I'd love to try some someday. I saw the mother plant many moons ago.

Taylor replied to my query....he also has T. 'Chumley x Chumley' and he says (he has trouble replying to aroid-l messages for some reason):
" I think my seeds showed life in 4 days."
