It never was happy in the greenhouse. In the wild this thing looks like a peperonia. I found it up off of the stream a good bit in the bright sun. I would not suggest trying that one. It is in an area that has wet/dry seasons and that may be why it went down and then came up again this spring. That would suggest to me light might be a factor also in its survival.
