However Ms. LariAnn suggested A. brisbanensis and it made me doubtful. She's been working for many years with this genus, so I can only watch and learn. Flowers resemble A. odora, but the spathe is more pointy towards its apex. The plant is upright, hardy, forms a "trunk" (much like A. odora, but faster for the same conditions).
