Subject: [Aroid-l] Anthuriumwhitelockii
Hi Jared. I just did a search for"Anthurium whitelockii" on TROPICOS, the Kew'sInternational Plant Names Index, The Kew Monocot Checklist and the KewChecklist of Plant families. None lists the plant as a species. Canyou provide photos as someone might recognize the actual species?

Has anyone grown Anthurium whitelockii. I got theplant from Rancho Soledad in CA. It seems like it might have rhizomatous growththat would produce pups. I found at the base of the plant a few of theserhizomes snaking up and back down in the box (it's in a 24 inch box). Obviouslyit is a bird's nest variety.
