However, I am pretty positive thatdormant buds on dissected parts of the tuber will grow a newleaf/plant.

this oneflowered a few weeks ago...
When I got the tuber last year, it was much smaller,so it was the first time for it to bloom.
The frist picture with the ruler shows the top, thesecond the bottom view of the tuber.....
