The lactifers are absent, the flowers are dioecious, the inflorescence with a reflexed spathe limb. I am inclined to think that this plant is an Anthurium, but the stems are woody, and the inflorescences come from the leaf axils, sort of like Pothos (which I have never seen except in pictures).
