Ahh well done!
I've only seen a flowering Titan in the flesh once, at RBG Kew in 2006. but it was the day after I'd flown in to London from Melbourne, and I was so jetlagged and out of it, I can hardly remember seeing it! And to make matters worse, I've since lost the one photo taken of me with it :(
So, it's still on my long list of great plants to see, in situ or ex!

I was able to get in a couple of times, and managed to see it in full bloom. I even got a pic. :-)
I was hoping to see it decline and observe the formation and development of seeds, but I haven't been able to get back in for several days now. Oh, well! At least i got to see it in its prime. :-)

Hi Cyndi and all,
It seems they're having trouble with webcam (see link below), but you can read and see the latest here: http://www.eiu.edu/%7Ebiology/news/titan_arum.htm#Latest%20Updates
Wish I was there!

I can't open the webcam. Is it down, or just overloaded from the masses who want to view it???

Gas prices getting you down? Search AOL Autos for fuel-efficient used cars.
