AL is one of the states that has outlawed many plants. I couldn't get most of the floating pond plants if I paid a handsome ransom for them. Wish they would outlaw blackberries...I have a constant battle with them here and it is quite painful to remove them. The fruit is inferior because they are so crowded into thickets....no, I didn't plant them. The birds did.... I would rather see them make war on the dang fire ants, though.
