Who cares about palms? Palm leaves vary considerably in size, but are
generally quite large. The largest leaves (Raphia spp., Attalea spp.,
Orbignya spp.) measure more than 50 feet in length while the largest
palmate leaves (e.g., Corypha spp., Lodoicea maldivica) measure in excess
of twelve feet in diameter.
