Anthurium ID help, please

I'm pretty sure Phil Mueller gave me this plant ~25 years ago now, one
of many he sent me in that era with no concern for whether I'd be able
to grow them.
I *think* he got it from Dewey Fisk. It's never had a tag, and he didn't
know the species.
Plant height is a little over 2 feet (say 65 cm), leaf blades 10-12 cm
across by 15 cm or so in height. The last two pictures are of the same
inflorescence, about 3 weeks apart; it's about 4 cm tall. No aroma to my
nose.
I'd appreciate any help with an ID.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Tom,
The cataphylls are rather ratty but a couple of pictures are attached.
If that's not what you need, please let me know, and I'll try again.
Thanks for looking at this.
