From: "StroWi at t-online.de" <StroWi at t-online.de> on 2011.01.24 at 20:21:35(21803)
Aroiders,
I am aware that A. henryi has blue berries, but are there other species
with blue berries?

Furthermore I would like to know, if henryi is extinct in Taiwan; this
was stated in a German Forum.

Hi Bernhard,
Blue berries on Taiwan may also be kiusianus and hirtus. Outisede Taiwan
there are about 40 species with blue berries........!!
Henryi is NOT extinct on Taiwan. I have seen this fairy-tale before on this
list and denied it.
Cheers,
Wilbert

style="margin:0px;">Hi Wilbert,
thanks for
clarification; I'll pass that information on to the unillunined of the
said forum.. ;-)
BTW, the background of
my question are the offers of an Austalian seller at ebay who stated
that he collected the berries on Taiwan last September.
style="margin:0px;">Happy bidding, Bernhard.
