request for Anthurium ID

From: AROIDIAN at worldnet.att.net (LARIANN GARNER) on 2007.08.13 at 19:02:21(16091)
Tom,
The plant has short internodes; it is not a climber. It has slim roots
and seems to prefer hot humid summer weather to cool dry winter. Spathe
and spadix are sort of a drab green, while ripe berries are purplish-maroon.

Dear Larianne:
Then it has to be Anthurium croatii which is somewhat variable
from area to area. No other species has those characteristics.
