  Looking for Anthurium nervatum
From: "Windy Aubrey" <exotics at hawaii.rr.com> on 2007.07.30 at 01:04:30(16020)
Hi Aroiders,

I am looking for a plant or seed of Anthurium
nervatum. I would be willing to trade or will buy. I have a fairly
large collection of Anthurium species, some Alocasias, Philodendrons and a
few other aroids as well as epiphytic ferns to offer as trades if
interested.

As you know Windy, so am I! Dr. Croat tried to help me
locate this species in the middle of last year. He directed me to an
individual in Panama who can legally collect plants in that country but to date
the individual has not been able to locate a specimen. I've been hunting
passionately for one, and as you know, the only ones in this country appear to
be in the Huntingon collection. I wish you success! Why don't you
put up your photo of this species so others can see the beauty of the
species?

I believe this is Anthurium nervatum at least thats what I had on the
tag. I almost lost it a few years ago. It is in the greenhouse hopefully
recovering.
