This odd aroid I believe is south american. I have seen it at the aroid
show once and at Atlanta botanical gardens. I have not idea what it is
or which folder to put it in my data base? Any ideas?

Dear Brian:
This is a Spathiphyllum, a species from the Amazon basin, I
believe.

Dear Brian:
Betsy thinks that this species comes from Asia. If so it is
unlikely to be a Spathiphyllum or even Holochlamys. Perhaps it is a
Schismatoglottis. Ask Pete Boyce if he has seen this.
