Monstera Hybrid?

I recently attempted crossing Monstera standleyana with Monstera
Deliciosa. Has anyone tried breeding Monsteras before? I have never
heard of anyone trying this before and was wondering if their was a
reason for it or if it was just lack of interest in the group? THANKS

Brian, are you sure the plant you used in the cross was Monstera standleyana? Im far from being an expert but I thought it looked more like perhaps M. obliqua but then again you might have had more than 2 in bloom.
