I would love copies of these two articles if anyone has them. I'll pay
the
copy and mail fees. I won't pay the copyright fees. (I guess I'm
soliciting an illegal act, but then I occasionally spit on the sidewalk
and
tear the "Do not remove" label off mattreses.) Perhaps they are
available
online but I doubt it. This is a topic I find intriguing and one that
I
would like to persue it in retirement.
Thanks
Harry Bryant

I only know two articles regarding the vitro propagation of
Amorphophallus
species.
Irawati, Arditti, J. and Nyman, L.P., 1986. In vitro propagation of
the
elephant Yam, Amorphophallus campanulatus var. hortensis Backer
(Araceae)
Annals of Botany 57: 11-17
Kohlenbach, Hans, Willy, and Becht Christine. 1988. In vitro
propagation of
Amorphophallus titanum Cecc. and Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu. Acta
Horticulturae 226 Propagation of ornamentals 65-72.
I hope that this will help.
With best wishes,
Arno Clement
