  unknown Pseudodracontium-ID help needed

Anyone know which Pseudodracontium this is? It is just
emerging in the last couple of weeks and is also

It is surely a true Pseudodracontium (flowering and leafing out at the same
time) but detailed pix of the naughty bits on the flower is a necessity for
good identification. The near-smooth appendix seems to be aberrant but in
the meantime I myself have found clones doing that too.
