The below link is to the Japanese Newspaper "Asahi".
It would be interesting for you.
Amorphos gigas is blooming in the Botanical Garden of Tokyo University.
The flower is about 10 feets.

That flower is the first of Amorph. gigas in Japan.
I will be in Bonn Germany tomorrow and will visit to the Botanical Garden of
Bonn University.
Look forward finding some interesting plants.
