Malanga root/tuber plant

Hi Marc
I bought a Malanga "Lila" and a Malanga "Blanca" tubers from the
oriental store and planted them in potting soil in small cups.
With heavy watering, within two weeks they sprouted.
I had similar luck with Taro and Eddoe.

Yes, when purchased they have NO roots, but soon produce them when planted,
also leaves!!.
