If anyone can give Mr. Fisher some assistance, I'm sure he would appreciate
it... I know nothing of the areas that he is researching...
If you can help, reply directly to Mr. Fisher... his address is below...

Dear Mr. Plantnut, I research canyons world wide for photography. Perhaps
you know something about rare plants in Canyons in Ethiopia and South
Africa? I am researching canyons in those two countries and know that there
are some rare plants there. My questions are: What is the best season to go
to the highlands of Ethiopia and also what is the best season for the
canyons of South Africa. Also, what are the significant canyons in those two
countries. Thanking you in advance for your advice. You can view our web
sites at www.coppercanyon.org and www.canyonsworldwide.com

Dewey,
I suggest Mr. Fisher contact Kirstenbosch the HQ of the Botanical Society
of South Africa.

The people there are very knowledgable and helpful. By the way, for a
pittance one can
join the society, get theit publication "Veld & Flora", and get on their
free Seedex.
The conversion factor from Rand to Dollar is so good you can hardly
afford not to join.
