Is Peltandra virginica known to have purplish-black fruit?

Peltandra virginica berries are green to mottled green but typically very
dark purple-green; P. sagittifolia berries are red. Have you collected
some?

Julius,
I've collected Peltandra sagittifolia fruits and seeds, but don't presently
have viable material, which I assume is what you're interested in
obtaining. They are a very nice bright red!

My parents had some property in Coweta county GA. which has already been
sold. I collected some seed from the swamp which they inhabited. They
were even growing on more solid ground amongst Arisaema triphyllum.
