Anyone growing Cyclanthaceae?
|

Hello list!
I wonder where should these wonderful plants, the Cyclanthaceae, should be
discussed! I think it should be here, since they're very similar to Araceae.
Is anyone growing any of these?
Good growing,
Miguel

There's a nice collection at the Missouri Botanical Garden...all wild
collected by Dr. Barry Hammel...I grew them for him, years ago, as part of
his research program and his collection is maintained there still. Try
emailing him at: BarryHammel@mobot.org
and maybe he can point you in the Cyclanth direction.

I am growing 2 or 3 forms of this plant Cyclanthaceae. I would enjoy
learning more on them as well as I have not seem much literatur on them.
Also new species are always great to get. Seen the one at Missouri with the
long leafs. It will make any one drool even if it is not exactly an aroid!
