To my knowledge Amorphophallus have a hard time growing in Bangkok. You'd
have to go to the Chatuchak market and buy them.

Martin,
You might want to try the Bangkok Market (Chatuchak market). Invariably,
there are tubers being sold there primarily as food. I have found
Pseudodracontium bulbs as well as Amorphophallus tubers (A. koratensis and
another species I have no I.D. for).
