Breaking dormancy of Amorphophallus.

Dear growers,
I have got tubers of two different Amorphophallus sp. from Thailand. Since
I have got them (July) there is still o signs of any new growth, but the
look healthy. Can I breake the dormancy in any way?

I'm by no means the expert on Amorphophallus but what I'm beginning to
discover is that under carefully controlled conditions, Amorphophallus
behave as they please.
