OK, a little literature search is somtimes advisable.....
http://www.botgart.uni-bonn.de/o_samm/docs/sibbaldia5.pdf :
" pollen should be stored because it is unlikely that any garden would have two plants flowering at the same time. it can be stored deep-frozen in liquid nitrogen or kept cool in a refrigerator at 5°c, the latter for up to six weeks. both methods of storage are equally effective."
https://www.hort.net/lists/aroid-l/may99/msg00032.html :
"Amorphophallus pollen is not physiologically amendable to long term storage, unfortunately. It may last a month or so under the proper storage conditions, but that may even be pushing the potential of the viability."
In this post Scott (Hyndman) give advice how to harvest and store titanum pollen....
However, any additional comment is welcome.....
Happy posting, Bernhard.

Amorphophiles,
would anyone know how long Amorphophallus pollen keep their viability at room temperature?
Or have they to be stored cool (refridgerator) or frozen (- 18 °C) immediately?
Looking forward to advice..........
Bernhard.
