Subject: [Aroid-l] DieffenbachiaID from Ecuador

Hi all,

Quick question - does anybody out there recognize this Dieffenbachia? I wasgiven a cutting from somebody's garden plant; they said it was collected nearMera in Pastaza. I've been to those woods and I haven't seen anything evenremotely like this one. What's throwing me, I think, is that the leaves are allbut solid and the petioles are variegated.

Thanks!

Beth
