This certainly looks like P. xanadu.
With more light=2C heat=2C fert. and re-potting=2C it would/should eventually develop and exibit the larger leaf blade rear lobes=2C etc. AND possibly bloom=2C as I explained in my last paper on this species.

I've had this plant at least 5 years=2C has never bloomed=2C survives neglect for years on end.
Any spots on the leaves are dust/rain.
